Today I got to talk to one of my Sorors, Shelby, who is 14 weeks pregnant. We were talking and it was nice to share and converse about our pregnancies. I realized I was a little detached from the excitement of this pregnancy over the last couple of weeks. My mind has been trying to play tricks on me and because I feel pretty good I don't quite "feel" pregnant. Not that I even know what pregnant feels like but based on others expectations or their experiences I think I should feel a certain way. Well talking and encouraging Shelby today made me realize there is no standard or perfect formula. Many pregnancies are different and that just proves again there is a God!! He has made life and made it to not be like any other experience. I thank him daily for a pain free, nausea free, vomiting free HEALTHY pregnancy.
Monday is sonogram day. I'm so excited to see our baby!
